SOC Management StaffsSteven Chin (aka Emperor Chin) Steven has been an avid Romance of Three Kingdoms player since he was 14. His first Romance of Three Kingdoms game was Romance Of Three Kingdom from SEGA. Ever since that, he becomes a great fan of RTK. He has read the original Romance Of Three Kingdoms novel. Soon after he collected all the RTK games from RTK II to the present RTK VIII. He can be said to have played almost all RTK games. Currently, he is running 4 Sanguo Online sites namely Sanguo Online and Sanguo Online Community and also Sanguo Online Organization, Sanguo Online Network.
